Eligibility

Good Samaritan Health and Wellness
Center serves those who:
- live or work in Pickens
County, Georgia
- have a household income within
200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- have no medical insurance,
though limited services may be
available to those with restricted
insurance
All patients are screened for
eligibility and should bring proof
of residence and proof of income
with them. Questions can be
