Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center serves those who:

• live or work in Pickens County, Georgia.
• have a household income within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
• have no medical insurance for the services sought.

All patients are screened for eligibility and should bring proof of residence and proof of income with them.  Questions can be directed to the eligibility volunteer at 706-253-4673.
